Holcim (Romania) merges its local companies

Holcim's Romanian Companies Alcim S.A., Cimentul S.A., Cimus S.A. (3 cement plants), Holcim s.r.l. (management company) and Premeco S.A. (RMC & Aggregates) have merged. The company's new name is Holcim (Romania) S.A. It will be headquartered in Bucharest.
