Anastas Dimovski, new Concrete & Aggregates Director of Holcim (Romania)

Anastas Dimovski has been named the new Concrete & Aggregates Director of Holcim (Romania). This is a new position in the company, which has been recently created in order to sustain the performance of these business segments. Anastas Dimovski has been working on various technical and management positions within the Holcim Group since 1993, starting as a Technical Manager in Excel Concrete a member of the Holcim Group in Sydney, Australia, and then at Holcim Group Support Ltd. in Holderbank, Switzerland, as a Senior Consultant and Head of Department.

Born in Macedonia, with double citizenship - Macedonian and Australian, Anastas Dimovski is 45 years old, married with two children. The newest member of the management team of Holcim (Romania) holds a University degree in Civil Engineering from " Cyril and Methodius" University in Macedonia and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.

Anastas Dimovski started his career with Holcim at Excel Concrete (NSW) Pty. Ltd. in Sydney, Australia, a company member of the Holcim Group, as a Technical Manager (1993 - 1996).

Between July 1996 and March 2007, Anastas Dimovski was working as a Senior Consultant on Special Projects in the Raw Materials & Process Technology Division of the Holcim Technical Centre in Switzerland. In March 1997 he came back at Excel Concrete, as a National Production and Technical Manager of our RMX company in Brisbane, Australia, position held until January 1999.

Between February 1999 and May 2008, Anastas Dimovski had several key positions in Holcim Group Support Ltd. in Holderbank, Switzerland: Senior Consultant of the Concrete & Aggregates Division, afterwards being named Head of Department in the same division.
