Holcim Romania expends its retail offer with a wider range of solutions

Bucharest, June 8th: Holcim Romania expends its retail offer, coming in the market with a range of bagged cement for covering all types of construction elements.

The products comprising the new range of bagged cement were designed to address the dynamics of the construction market, described by more specific needs and requirements which occur throughout the construction or renovation process of a building, as well as to meet the increasingly stringent execution terms: aesthetics, shorter time, lower costs, higher strength and durability. The construction industry in Romania has been recently registering a positive evolution, particularly in the residential and non-residential segments, a development also resonating on the cement market.  

The new range of Holcim products delivered in bags comprises: Structo Plus ® 40 kg, Structo Plus ® 20 kg, Structo ® 40kg, Extra Dur 52 40 kg, Tenco ® 40 kg.

With the new range of Holcim products in bags, you can start building a house from scratch. The Holcim cement bags provide builders and beneficiaries with support, as well as reliability throughout the entire construction process, as the new products are the result of comprehensive studies initiated by Holcim expert teams and conducted within the past two years. The new cement products help builders execute whole range of construction elements.

I.Structo® Plus – High performance in reinforced concrete

Now also available in the 20 kg bag!

Structo® Plus, the spearhead of the Holcim bagged cement range, which has proven its attributes on thousands of sites is now also available in the 20 kg bag, starting this year. It has been proven that construction workers only use half of the 40 kg bag to mix a batch in a small concrete mixer. The new bag is more practical and easier to use on sites: one bag = one batch!

II.Structo® - Multi-application cement

Structo® is a CEM II B-LL 32,5R type cement. Highly stable and convenient, Structo® is easy to use in concretes and plasters, specially developed to offer the best possible workability. The strength class of 32,5 is equal to that of the cement most frequently used in concrete stations.

III.ExtraDur 52 – Performance in prefabricated products
