„Rossen Papazov’s promotion is a recognition for his contribution to the development of Holcim Romania towards customer centricity. Understanding customer needs and aspiring to meet them in the best possible way is a never ending journey and Rossen led his team on this journey over the past 3 years unassumingly and with energy and open-mindedness. Bogdan Dobre successfully re-shaped our RMX and Aggregates organization in the light of the changed market situation. “The past two years and a half represented the best period I had in Holcim, in terms of accumulating experience on a very demanding and competitive market such as the RMX and Aggregates one. From my new position, my priority will be to continue and develop long term partnership with our customers during this crisis period and prepare the business for the time when the cement market will return to sustainable growth”, said Bogdan Dobre.
