New changes in Holcim Romania management team

 

Bucharest, October 24th 2013 – Holcim Romania’s management team has three new women members: Anca Alexandru - RMX&AGG Director, Mădălina Crăciunescu - Human Resources Director and Ioana Borangic – Communication Manager.


Anca Alexandru, 46, is the new RMX&AGG Director of Holcim Romania, starting September 1st, 2013. Anca joined Holcim in 2002 and has held since various managerial positions in the RMX segment. Anca Alexandru has been appointed as the successor for Bogdan Dobre, 45, who took over as Marketing and Sales Director of Holcim Romania, starting September 1st, 2013.

Another new management team member in 2013 was Mădălina Craciunescu, 32, who was appointed as Human Resources Director of Holcim Romania. Madalina held various positions since she started her activity in Holcim Romania in January 2005 and was responsible among others for Recruiting and Development. Madalina Crăciunescu replaced Nicoleta Sălăjan, who assumed the role of HR Director of Holcim Group for the Region Africa / Middle East..

Ioana Borangic, 30, is the new Communication Manager of Holcim Romania. Ioana joined Holcim in 2010 as Internal Communication Specialist.. Before joining Holcim Ioana gained over 10 years of experience in corporate communications in several multinational companies. Ioana Borangic is the successor of Andreea Nicolae, who acts since March 2013 as the Marketing Manager of Holcim Romania.

These management changes on senior level in Holcim Romania represent a result of the permanent efforts and investments made by the company in the development of its employees and management. In the past years, many people benefited from management and leadership development programs, ranging from web based learning platforms to traditional classroom training and MBA associated programs, accompanied by coaching and specific project assignments in order to support learning transfer. .
